Join us for daytime Toddlers, After School & Saturday Clubs across Wandsworth, Tooting & Putney from January 12th!

NEW Padel After School Club Tuesdays 5-6pm for ages 8-12 at King George’s Park.

Saturday morning junior clubs at all venues and Afterschool junior clubs at King George’s Park will be running for the full term from January to March, however due to the shorter days at the beginning of the year, the afterschool junior clubs at the other venues: Wandsworth Common, Tooting Common, Leader’s Gardens, Wandsworth Park and Furzedown Rec, will be running from February 23rd (2nd half of the term) only.

The booking opens to all on October 21st.

3-4YRS

The start of your tennis journey!

Taking place on mini courts with red balls, our toddler lessons are full of fun activities to develop agility, balance and co-ordination to help them learn ball skills, racket skills and teamwork. Parents must join us on court as you may need to assist, this will help inspire you both to continue fun tennis development activities at home.

5-7YRS

Improving basic stroke technique in a fun environment.

Each themed lesson will see the kids learn all of the main fundamental skills. At this age they start learning basic rules and how to keep score. They also learn the different characteristics of hitting including speed, direction and depth. By delivering the sessions with lots of fun and enthusiasm, we aim to inspire children to play tennis for life.

8-12YRS

Improving basic stroke technique in a fun environment.

TEENS

Evolve your game and improve your physical capabilities.

Playing on a full sized court with adult tennis balls, here beginners will will be given all the knowledge of the basics to get them playing the game quickly. Experienced players will be working on advanced techniques and improving their tactical awareness through competition.

We offer new players a free trial session to experience our program, meet the coaches and fellow players, and get a taste of the All Star community. Under 18yrs? Join today for just £27 a year to enjoy discounts on all courses, camps & courts.

Free Play

Children under 18 can enjoy free access to Tennis and Padel courts and equipment daily from 3-5pm, year-round, including school holidays. Eligible adults also have free access from 1-3pm every day. Additionally, adults can opt for concessionary membership for just £27, which includes full membership benefits.

Please note, courts are subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance. Equipment is available at staffed venues (King Georges Park, Tooting Common & Wandsworth Common). For a full list of adult eligibility requirements, visit the Wandsworth Council website.

Access for All

As part of Wandsworth Council’s Access for All scheme, eligible juniors can join All Star Tennis Clubs at a 50% discount.

A little more info..

Can my child do a trial before joining?

We offer free trials on our junior courses. All you need to do is get in touch with us via info@allstartennis.co.uk informing us of your preferred venue and age group you’re looking for to check the availability and we’ll help you book onto the first class.

Can my child join after the term has started?

All junior courses are open for pro rata bookings, which means you’d be able to join the classes at any time throughout the year, subject to availability.

What should my child bring to a Junior Club session?

Your child should wear comfortable sports clothing and non-marking trainers and bring a water bottle. If they have a tennis racket, feel free to bring it. If not, don’t worry—rackets are available to borrow for the session, and they’re also sold at each venue. Coaches can support in recommending the most appropriate one on an individual basis.

what happens if it rains?

We aim to proceed with sessions in most weather conditions. However, if the weather is severe and makes the courts unplayable, we may need to cancel the session. You will be notified via text 30 minutes before the starting time. If less than 50% of the session is completed, a makeup session will be offered for the 1st cancellation. A full credit for the booking value will be applied for any subsequent cancellations.

What other opportunities are there for my child?

We run junior holiday camps during every school holiday from ages 3 to teens. We also organise termly tournaments for Junior Club participants, providing a great opportunity to practise their skills in a more competitive setting.
