    Mary comes from a gymnastic and professional dance background and has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. As well as dance and fitness, Mary has an infinite love for Pilates. She has become a committed and dedicated practitioner and teacher.

      Alo Raptopoulos is a certified UK Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor, who has trained in Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga for over 14 years. She likes to share her experience and knowledge to support others’ inspirational journey and personal development. Her flexible style can adapt to wide range of audiences and practitioners, from athletes and sports professionals to those who prefer a more restorative approach to yoga. She seeks to empower anyone who wishes to improve their emotional well-being, performance and physical health through yoga practice and its transformative impact on both body and mind.

          We are delighted so many people are getting on court and enjoying tennis but are experiencing unprecedented demand. Our team are working around the clock to support everyone and are very grateful of your patience.

          Individual lessons – we are currently fully booked but please click here to join our waiting list – Join Lesson Waiting List

          Adult courses – we will be adding new evening courses in the coming weeks. These will run with a 1:4 ratio and will be bookable here

          Junior camps – we are currently looking at the changes we need to make to our camps programme but are confident we will be able to run the camps but they will be subject to some changes.

          Membership – there is unprecedented demand for court hire and we are limiting our programme to ensure there is a fair balance between pay & play and coaching opportunities.
