  • HiitTennis is a high intensity fitness session incorporating tennis and hit workouts in a bootcamp style.
  • Each session ends with fun on court games and yoga style stretching
  • Specially created playlists to keep you motivated and smiling
  • All equipment is provided. All you need is your training were, some water and to be ready to work very hard!
  • Sessions taken by two expert trainers
  • 75 minute session.

Do I need my own racket?

We can provide rackets for all ages and abilities but you may wish to bring your own if you have one. We can also help advise on a racket to purchase.

Weather policy

Our general policy is that courses will go ahead unless persistent heavy rain makes the courts unplayable. Please see Ts & Cs for further details.

Coach Ratios

HiitTennis is designed to be a group exercise class. Players may be part of a group of up to 16 players.

Early booking

Many courses are very popular across the borough and often sell out. Please book your session up to a week in advance.
