A series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. Cardio does not require tennis skills, but will improve your game whilst keeping your heart rate up. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.

Do I need my own racket?

We can provide rackets for all ages and abilities but you may wish to bring your own if you have one. We can also help advise on a racket to purchase.

Coach Ratios

Cardio tennis is designed to be a large group exercise class. Players may be part of a group of up to 12 players.

Many courses are very popular across the borough and often sell out. Please book your session up to a week in advance.
